14-Day Returns: Eligible items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, with all tags, and in original packaging. Final Sale: Customized, engraved, or personalized items cannot be returned unless damaged or incorrect. Earrings: Due to hygiene reasons, returns are only accepted if the original sealed packaging is unopened. Return Shipping: For “change of mind” returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Returns must be sent to our designated processing center in China. Refund Process: Contact care@lumina-east.com to initiate a return. After approval, ship the item back using the instructions we provide. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method after inspection. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
