Order Processing & Handling Time
To ensure quality, our processing times vary by product type:

Standard Jewelry (Ready-to-Ship): Processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Customized Jewelry (Made-to-Order): As each piece is crafted specifically for you, please allow 6–7 business days for production and processing before shipment.

Shipping Fees

Free International Shipping (Within Our Serviceable Regions): For all destinations we fulfill orders to—which include many major countries and regions—orders over $300 USD qualify for free shipping.
Please note that delivery to some remote areas may incur additional charges or have limitations. -
Standard Shipping: Orders equal or under $300 USD incur a flat-rate shipping fee of $60 USD. All packages are delivered via premium carriers such as DHL, FedEx, or equivalent services, ensuring reliable and trackable international delivery.
Estimated Transit Time
Once dispatched, international delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Total Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time.

Duties & Taxes
For international orders, import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and will be collected by the carrier (DHL/FedEx/UPS) upon delivery. Please check with your local customs office for specific thresholds.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to monitor your package's journey.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Please inspect your package upon arrival.
